Conformity Testing Labs Pvt. Ltd. (CTL) is a company established in 2012 owning a Chain of Best-In-Class ISO/IEC 17025 accredited test laboratories. The labs have been set up with an objective to provide quality testing services using well equipped infrastructure with the help of qualified professionals.

CTL is an emerging Center of Excellence in Testing. Its two labs are currently located in Delhi. Facilities are Accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 by NABL and largely recognized by various Indian Regulators including the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
CTL is engaged in Safety, Electromagnetic Compatibility, Performance, Climatic, Durability and Ingress Protection Testing in the fields of Electrical, Electronics, IT, Industrial, Lighting, Medical and Mechanical and related areas. The test results of CTL are internationally accepted under provisions of the International Agreement signed by NABL.

Our Test Capabilities
CRS Scheme – BIS Approvals
The CRS (Compulsory Registration Scheme) is an initiative by the Bureau of Indian Standards for Registration of Goods Based on Self Declaration on Conformity to Notified Indian Standards. Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Ministry of New and Renewable Energy Resources and other Indian regulators are using the Scheme for Mandatory Testing of Goods. CTL supports in testing needed for such Registration with BIS.
BEE Star Rating
BEE Star rating is a program developed by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE). The BEE Star rating system uses a star-based labelling scheme, where products with higher energy efficiency are awarded more stars. Testing is offered by CTL for rating of products under the Star Labelling Program.
MTCTE/TEC Certification
MTCTE is Mandatory Testing and Certification of Telecom Equipment, a regulation operated by Telecom Engineering Centre (TEC) under Ministry of Telecommunications. Goods are being progressively notified for Mandatory Compliance to Notified Essential Requirements. Certification against elaborate Generic / Interface Requirements is also issued by TEC largely for consumption of public networks. CTL is a TEC designated labs handling Safety / Environmental and Select other parameters.
CDSCO Certification
Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) under Ministry of Health accords approval to Medical Devices including Electro-medical Equipment like ECG Machines, BP Monitors, Pulse Oximeters, Infusion Pumps etc. CTL is proud to be the first lab registered by CDSCO for testing of such products for registration with CDSCO.
ISI Mark and FMCS Schemes
The ISI Certification Mark issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) is applicable to a wide range of products complying to Indian Standards. The mark is based on Type 5 Certification Scheme and Certified Products display ISI Mark Logo. Foreign Manufacturer’s Certification Scheme is also operated by BIS for overseas manufacturers.
Testing for New and Renewable Energy (MNRE)
The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) certification is a certification mark for renewable energy products in India. It is issued by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India, to products that meet the required technical standards and specifications.
CII Mark
Conformity India International Pvt. Ltd. (CII) is NABCB Accredited Product Certification Body as per ISO/IEC 17065:2012 and NABCB Accredited Inspection Body as per ISO/IEC 17020:2012. It also offers Type 5 Certifications that allows usage of Certification Logo on the Certified Products. Testing is offered by CTL for Type 1, Type 1A or Type 5 Certifications as needed.
